Van de Laarschot & Associates sponsored seminar :" Young People and Politics"

On May 28th, 2009 Rotaract Club of Curaçao held a seminar: “Young People and Politics” in the Central Bank of the Netherlands Antilles. That evening, different politicians and individuals who are related to politics gave a lecture and afterwards participated in a discussion with the young people. The organizing committee believes that looking at the big political changes we are facing, young people should be more involved in politics. With the organization of this seminar they want to focus on the importance of politics for young people. Their goal is to recruit more young people for politics and to educate them more on the topic and on the possibility of working in a political environment.
